1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AstroSynth's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AstroSynth provides lead generation and social media advertising services designed to connect businesses with qualified prospects. Our services include:

• Social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Search engine marketing and advertising
• Premium display advertising and retargeting
• Lead qualification and verification services
• Campaign analytics and performance reporting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Display Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the specified criteria agreed upon in your campaign setup. If a lead does not meet the agreed criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a refund for that specific lead.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience information
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining current contact information
• Providing feedback on lead quality when requested

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Lead data is provided exclusively to the client and is not shared with third parties.

7. Campaign Performance

While we strive to deliver optimal results, campaign performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or sales outcomes from delivered leads.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client remains responsible for payment of all delivered leads up to the termination date. Ongoing campaigns will be concluded within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

AstroSynth's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, methodologies, and proprietary technologies remain with AstroSynth. Clients retain ownership of their provided content and data.

11. Compliance

All advertising campaigns comply with platform policies and applicable advertising regulations. Clients must ensure their business practices and content comply with all relevant laws and industry standards.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.
